The Most Welcoming and Friendly Hostel We've Been To!
We stayed at a wonderful hostel in La Serena that had such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were genuine and always had a smile on their faces, making us feel right at home. When my travel companion fell ill, they were incredibly helpful and caring, providing us with information and assistance despite the language barrier. The hostel was great value for money, with clean rooms and a large shared bathroom with constant hot water. The kitchen and cleaning staff were lovely, always willing to lend a hand. The included breakfasts were delicious, with fresh bread, cheeses, and kiwi jam. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting by the cozy fire in the common room, sipping on red wine and meeting fellow travelers. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comforting and welcoming place to stay.

Friendly and professional staff, spotlessly clean rooms with spacious bathrooms and hot water. The budget double room was small but had a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond by sending our forgotten towels to us in Santiago. I highly recommend this welcoming and cozy hostel.

The outdoor seating areas at the hotel were really nice to relax in and enjoy the weather. The breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to choose from.- The staff were helpful and friendly.
The shower stalls were quite small and not convenient for changing in. There was no kitchen available for guest use, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at a hostel in La Serena for three nights and I couldn't recommend it more. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the hostel itself was clean and well-organized. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was a real German breakfast, which was really good. The hostel is also conveniently located near the city center and a nearby mall, making it easy to explore and shop. The secure parking in the backyard was also a great feature, providing peace of mind during our stay. it was a great place to relax and I would definitely stay there again.
Couldn't recommend more this hostel.
